Our two part process includes:
PART 1: DESIGN and BUDGETING
- Team Selection - Preliminary Design
- Evaluation - Architectural Design
- Field Survey - Design Development
- Space Planning - Detailed Proposal
- Site Plan - Project Schedule
These steps establish the concept, design, scope and price for the project so the owner can understand the totality of the project. With Design/Build, the cost and the design parameters of the project are determined through the design process and not as a result of (or after) the design process.
PART 2 : FINAL DESIGN and CONSTRUCTION
Equipped with the details provided in Part 1, projects proceed based on an agreed scope of work and a specific cost---NO SURPRIZES. BG Southern Division, LLC will ensure a successful project by establishing a partnership with the owner and assembling a team that understands the importance of constant communication.
