Bay Hill Village Clubhouse
For the Bayhill Village Clubhouse, we presented them an interior design and performed a full interior renovation. The work included a fully-updated kitchen and modernized main interior area. We took care of it all, from demolition and permitting to the full design/build process.
Ashley Furniture HomeStore
Ashley Home Furniture came to us needing a quick, turnkey renovation for the space they chose for their Jacksonville location. We turned the 27,500-square-foot space into a 35,000-square-foot space— the work we did included:
- Relocating a demising wall
- Demolition of the existing space
- Full interior buildout
- Creating a brand new facade
We received building permits on October 20, and the project was complete on December 30. This is the best proof we have that renovations, even extensive ones, need not take an excessively long time to complete.
MetroHealth Orlando
This 5,000-square-foot doctor’s office in Orlando was in need of a facelift. We took care of everything from permitting to design/build and interior renovation to bring this location into the 21st century. A complete facade makeover and interior renovation, including modernizing the exam rooms, was completed ahead of schedule.
Ogden Orthodontics
This 5,000 square foot Clermont, FL Orthodontist’s office received a fresh interior with a full renovation and interior build out, including a modernized reception area, clean and efficient design for lab an X-Ray space, and updated exam room.
Front Street Dental
Front Street dental needed some serious renovation and updates, but needed to remain open and operational throughout the process. No problem! We performed an extensive design/build project that included a variety of updates, including paint, adding a more functional reception area with a built-in coffee bar in the lobby, adding exam rooms, and moving restrooms. We did all the work while the office remained open for regular business.
Lake Mary Dental
Teal carpet, dated wood, and bland paint all had to go – but they also needed to remain open for business. We upgraded the reception counter, replaced all the carpeting, and painted the entire space for a fresh, modern look— all while the business remained open.
